初詣へ / Japanese New Year's Day

"Japanese New Year's Day"

Happy new year to you guys!

Many of the Japanese visit a shrine on a New Year's Day to pray for happiness and a healthy year.
Every year, Meiji Jingu Shrine in Tokyo attracts more than three million worshippers, the largest number in the country.
They stands in long line waiting for worship before a shrine for several hours!!

I don't want to do that and so I went to a shrine near my house today.
Still I need to wait in line for 20 min, but that does not bother me compare to the long line of Meiji Jingu Shrine.
